A must stop when visiting Roatan. Rum cakes are fresh, not mass produced like another well known rum cake maker. Several different flavors of cakes and rum, Tropical Spice is my favorite. Check out view out behind the shop and if adventurous, go across the street for another great view.

Roatan Rum company location is an outlet store not the distillery. They have great Rum to sample and purchase. The Rum Cakes are the best we have ever eaten in the Caribian. Out back of the store is this awesome view. Also a cabana which sells some Rum Punch (and it has a punch) and their version of a Long... More

We went to this Rum Company on a Royal Caribbean cruise tour and it was a pleasure. This is a small store front with DELICIOUS rum cakes!! There are samples of every flavor to try. They also sell different kinds of rum by the bottle. The real gem is in the back of the store. It lets out onto a platform... More

Upon arriving to Roatan for the second time for vacation, we made it a point to visit this place again. It was in our top to do list while on vacation. We stopped at the beginning of our trip to buy this delicious rum for drinking, and again before leaving so we could bring some home with us. Everyone there... More

They were all so yummy we walked out with 7 rum cakes, 3 bottles of rum, a hat & a shot glass. Sure wish I still had some of that rum left right now!!... More

I brought a couple of their cakes home with me and I was not disappointed. They were great. I will be getting more the next time I am there. Only six more months to wait.

If for no other reason, stop for the view. ♡ Although the rum and rum cakes are delicious too. We bought a sampler of both. The people are so sweet and had so much information. It's right on the way from West Bay Beach, so super convenient.

Whenever we travel to the Caribbean, rum cake is always on the top of the list for gifts to bring back home. They have 6 different types of cake, all available to sample along with the different rum flavors. Along with the free samples comes lively conversation with Pino and spectacular hilltop views of the north side of the island.... More
