This is an absolutely beautiful falls. Totally worth to cover with mud from the top to bottom. We went on a day after 2 consecutive days of heavy rain. VERY VERY VERY slippery and not easy to hike. I fell few times. Some areas need...More

This hike passes through two falls. Finding the entrance is a challenge. Luckily, we read the reviews on TripAdvisor before we went and found the hidden entrance to the trail right across from house number 5925. We found a small opening behind the tall bushes....More

We were looking for a hike that wasn't as hard as the Awa’awaphuhi Trail because we were still sore a whole day later! Everyone in our group was satisfied and had a great time. Take or wear your swimsuit, there is a rope swing that's...More

This hike was not too challenging but you can absolutely get lost and not find your way to the second waterfall! A lot of people reached it up top but never found a way down which was a bummer because swimming there was the best...More

This is an easy hike to a pretty waterfall although the hike back is uphill for the most part. My daughters who are ages 10-13 all jumped off into the falls. They are pretty safe as the rocks are along the edges and the middle...More

Went early morning with our parents (67 and 60). Not too many people around on way out but LOTS on the way back. Pics show entrance (not overly hard but we thought it was more towards the end of the street than it was). Also,...More

We visited again in August of 2018. It's as beautiful as ever. The entry now has no gate, and is just a gap in the brush, but easy to spot. PLEASE consider the following: The parking area and entry are located in a quiet residential...More

Great hike in not to far. Slippery if it’s rainy. We went past the waterfall thinking it was farther. Go to the first set that’s where the jumping is. Awesome jungle feel.

We decided to do this hike with our two teens after a kayaking trip on the Wailua river (at the suggestion of our guide). It was easy to drive up, but there are no signs indicating the trial entrance. We just watched where people were...More

You were at the correct place but the dirt trail leading to the river and falls is about .25 miles on the left before the private dirt road. It's more of a skinny dirt foot path. It's marked by a electric pole that says... More
