This was one of our favorite Road to Hana stops. It was nice that the waterfalls were right off the trail so our young children could get the full swim in a Hawaiian waterfall experience.

This was a good place to see two waterfalls with one stop. People (including our guide) were jumping off the taller one into the pool below. We were content with wading in the pools.

This is a nice little waterfall at a park along the Road to Hana. You can stretch your legs, use the restroom and see the waterfall.

Gordon Ramsey said that on the Hana Highway there are waterfalls around every corner. He was not joking. Some are more impressive than others and some are better photo ops than others. This particular waterfall is very pretty, you can swim in the basin if you choose and it is an easy hop off hop on stop for the guided tours.

This would be 4 stars if it wasn't so busy. It's right off the road and easy to access the swimming area. The pinned location on the Trip Advisor map is incorrect as of today. Look up the location on Google Maps for accuracy.

Stopped in for a quick dip on our Road to Hana tour. It was very refreshing. There are lots of rocks, make sure you have some water shoes. Definitely worth the stop.

Good place to stop and use the restrooms. There is also a nice little waterfall just off the road. You might be able to see some idiot jumping off the cliff into the pool (2 idiots on the day we were there).

You can view a waterfall at this stop, which provides ample paved parking, making it easy to get out and stretch your legs after driving about halfway to Kipahulu Visitors' Center. This is one of the few stops with restroom facilities along the road to Hana. (Mile marker 22.6)

The Pua'a Ka's park is a must stop, notwithstanding the fact that they have washroom facilities there the scenery is gorgeous. With the recent abundance of rain the falls were magnificent. Apparently a great spot to swim but on our day a little too cool and windy with more rain.

This is the place to stop if you're looking for a typically Hawaiian swimming hole and waterfall to swim under. The water is from a natural spring, unbelievably clean, but very cold. My kids, walked across the rocks and stayed in the shallow area while I swam out to go under the waterfall. Remember, everything is done at your own risk. Know your own ability. The depth by the waterfall is around 8 feet, so don't think you'll be able to stand and get a break from swimming when you get out there.
Also a good place to stop on the Road to Hana because there are real bathrooms here.
