Maalaea beach is very long and wide beach that parallels highway 310. There is numerous parking alongside the highway. It can be very windy during the afternoon but does afford great swimming and snorkeling. Each time we visited the waves were non-existent. Maalaea is a very good beach to swim and enjoy the sand. Do snorkel here and hike too. The drive alone is beautiful but pull over and park where you see the cars. The plants are massive. There were schools of fish swimming around us!

What a beautiful long stretch of beach. We were there in early April, and there was hardly anyone on the beach! Saw many sea turtles ! Enjoyed long walks and some solitude.

Close to the condo we rented, great for walking and exploring. Nice boardwalk also. Very secluded and quiet.

7 miles of beautiful sand beach! We stayed in a condo in Maalaea and every morning walked to Haycraft Park. Then walked about 2 1/2 miles along the beach and back. What a great way to stay fit! And be able to enjoy another meal!

Beautiful beach a great place to relax, watch the ocean have a picnic or cookout and relax. If you have kids they will love swimming and snorkeling

We stayed over there in a fabulous condo and was able to walk the beach without seeing over 5 people. Good shell beach and very relaxing.
