While waking from Price Abdelkader square towards Sahet Al shohada, this beautiful art Gallery resides, the place is extremely gorgeous from the outside and quite spacious and unique from inside, the collections exhibited keep changing seasonally, they do exhibit decent and classy art ...entrance is...More

Usual collection of oddball art and stuff that seems odd to be there, eg a feature on Srebrenica (BiH)

The building is beautiful and worth the visit even if contemporary art isn't a high priority. When we visited in September 2015 there was a group exhibition of work by Algerian artists. The work had all been executed in the 1980-90's. It was interesting to...More

This beautifully restored building is well worth the visit for the architecture itself - Interesting expos, and from time to time concerts - just on the main shopping street so I good place to pop into an oasis of calm.

located in the heart of Algiers Down Town, it depends on the exhibition (sometimes interesting, sometimes not) but the architecture is amazing. The fees are 200 DA

If you are willing to see an artistic and sober arts museum, it's the place to be. Located in the heart of the White city (Algiers), you'll enjoy every artist exhibiting there.

I really got into that museum because it's so unique! The façade actually looks like a mosque, but when you get inside,it's surprising because you don't expect such "whiteness" and the structure is richly sculpted :) !
