The Military museum is huge, set over multiple floors. Unfortunatly no photos are allowed inside so I can't show the scale. Among the exhibits are over 50 models of battles, walled cities, incidents and forts. All models are of the highest quality - superb. A must-do for every newcomer to Algiers! The history of the Algerian army and all the revolutions that bring Algeria to what it became today are well represented.

This is an extensive museum covering 5 floors of a large building near the Martyrs' Monument. Many interesting displays on various conflicts through Algeria's history, including a victor's perspective of the war of independence. Signs are only in French and Arabic so you may need a guide if you want to understand in more detail.

Beautifull museum. Well put together. Design is well thought out. I would recommend to anybody. Maybe not as interesting for women. Me and the boys loved it. The only thing was that someone in the bathroom did not aim properly when doing #2 was all over the back wall.
