This is a tree rimmed avenue where people sit in walk way cafes and sip tea to see and be seen. Belle Epoque Haussmanian facades let you feel like being in Paris. All sorts of sportswear, garments, shoes and some local arts and crafts are available - at european price levels, mind you! A variety of restaurants from cheap eats... More

If you want to stroll up and down a prestige avenue, this is the place for you in Algeirs. Otherwise, just a nice place.

This was a really busy shopping area. It had rows and rows of market stalls lining the shops. Full of local people getting on with their daily lives. Very friendly people...great bargains to be had...And again , very safe
