A palace indeed fit for a king, the Royal Palace is the residence of the King of Morocco and his family. Unlike the Buckingham Palace, access is restricted and the palace grounds leading up to the palace is forbidden and heavily guarded by the king’s...More

You only need 10 minutes to take pictures and admire the excellent tile work. It is worth the stop. We did not go inside as it was closed.

Saw this palace as part of a city tour. Most buildings in Casablanca are relatively new so this would be on the itinerary. Security tight. Some nice narrow streets nearby to experience local life.

The king was in residence, so we just saw the exterior. Interesting to see, but not worth a special trip.

We saw the outside of the royal palace as part of our city tour of Casablanca. It's located in the Quartier Habous. You just get to see the outside, for photos of its fantastic doors with Arabic arches. This is a nice addition to the...More

Joined a tour to see the City of Casablanca. Guide brought us to the Royal Palace but did not see any except the outside of the Palace and see guards. Not even allowed to take picture of the guards, just the door. That's about it.
