Nice place, but not very special. The building has a great mosaic walls and floors which do not stand out from other places you will see in Morocco. An artist lives there and exhibits his paintings, which are also quite nice.

Set into the middle of the medina and not easy to find but worth the effort when you do. This splendid palace is in disrepair but you can clearly appreciate it's magnificence and majesty and wonder what it was like in it's hey day. There...More

This wasn’t very easy to find and not much advertised or promoted by our riad, but I had seen it mentioned on trip advisor and the lonely planet website and thought it sounded worth a visit. I was say it is a must for anyone...More

This slightly faded palace came to life and became my highlight of the trip when our guide ( who lived and had been brought up here) opened up the doors and shutters and showed us the rooms inside. Without her guiding we would have had...More

Fascinating - the grand palace of a rich and powerful family in Fes. It fell into disrepair when the family's fortunes declined and what you see now is the result of years of restoration (still incomplete) by the present occupiers. More interesting than a perfectly...More

Beautiful old palace with amazing mosaics! Cost 25 dirham per person but came with a short tour, got to see old bedrooms, baths, and kitchen, and the artist who lives there's studio. Not crowded and well worth a visit!
