I drove across the Victoria Falls bridge from Zimbabwe into Zambia on my way to Livingstone Town. The scene is breath taking with the mighty Zambezi river flowing deed below in the gorge. With the river flowing high it's not possible to see the full...More

I wouldn't say this was a must-see by any means, but I was interested in the history, and the chance to walk across the bridge into Zambia was intriguing.

Its definitely worth crossing the bridge so you can see the falls from that view point. If you are not going to walk into Zambia then you don't need to get an exit stamp from Zimbabwe...the Zambian border post is past the other side of...More

If youre visiting the falls make time to walk across the Bridge. Gives an entirely different perspective of the falls and the opportunity to see the falls rainbows and it's free!!

I crossed the bridge by foot and it was a interesting tour! It is the border with Zambia and you get a nice up view from the river! But it is better to view the bridge from inside the Park or from the Lookout Cafe!...More

Bridge is fantastic and also what you can see from it. Only minus is those annoying souvenirs sales guys trying to sell you all kind of stuff you don't want.

We went across the bridge today with a taxi driver- thank goodness! There were so many hawkers selling their wares that it gets really overwhelming! Go have a look but use caution!

Though its a man made structure standing in the middle of a natural heritage , it blends very well with nature. Lovely photos of the bridge can be captured from many angles. Above all, walking over the bridge is a definite thing to do.

Hey Victoria Falls Bridge staff, I will be in Vic Falls just for two nights and will require airport transfer to Livingstone thus I guess that means crossing the boarder, please advise the easiest way to get to the airport safely. How much does it cost? Hear from you soon. Sharon

Its costs between $20 - $25. You will vave to pass through Vic falls town. Thats the easiest.

Hi. We plan on a visit early next September but have heard this is the dry season. I was wondering whether the visitors this September found there to be sufficient water flow for the falls to be still worth visiting.

The falls isn't 100% full, there are dry spots, but there are spots that are full & flowing, & yes, you get rainbows in your pictures, & yes it is well worth the visit. So, yes, i would say its worth it going in September... More

Hi we are flying in to Livingston but staying at Vic Falls, so we will be crossing the border, I have British passport so I need a visa my daughter has South African so I believe she doesn't . Do any of you know if I can get multiple entry visa because there are things we want to do and see in Livingston whilst we are in Vic Falls too. We are In Zim for a month so will be going into Botswana as well. Thanks Amanda

You can google it as well because they change rules. As SA citizen i did not need a visa - also not yellow fever.
