A fire destroyed the biggest of the area street markets in 2003, so other centers have popped up around the town for arts and crafts, foodstuffs and souvenirs.

They have beautiful hand made baskets, that caught my attention instantly, place is dirty, very dirty, and trading is difficult if you don't speak French or jula. It's pretty interesting to find all kinds of stuffs there. Fabric is relatively cheaper there too.
