There wasn’t much to see, but feel the wind and take some photographs. However, most of the monuments and public places in Cape Verde are well preserved and worth good ratings.

worth a visit. nice seeing the place from there to plateaux direction. A whole complex is under construction near by.

This stop was on our Friday evening tour package and I’m glad we visited. It was not a time consuming stop however the ocean and sunset view along with the breeze were perfect. We actually had an opportunity to actually go inside the farol and walk to the top and it was great.

Makes a good length walk from the centre of Praia. The lighthouse itself is interesting (if you like this sort of thing) and you can get to visit inside if you want (with help from the local caretaker).
