Great experience and visit. the water is beautiful but keep it out of you mouth unless you want to taste the saltiest thing on earth.

Although Djibouti is a dive and not a nice place at all lake assal takes you out out that zone and you could be a at a expensive resort whilst being here, really nice stop with the lads and a nice area

Took a day and drove out to the lake... simply awesome.. gotta go of you have the chance. Drive is though the countryside and no problems getting there.

Be wary of using this type service.. usual is a scam. Most hotels will aid in getting a tour with a respectable company.
