Entoto Hill offers some of the most outstanding views of Addis. From the grounds of the church to the grounds of the old palace it offers hidden gems and another aspect to Addis.

If you head a bit further from the congestion of Addis, you can visit Entoto Hill. It is pretty basic, but chalked full of history. Walk the grounds and see some of the colorful buildings and nice grounds.

If you are looking to get out of the Addis chaos, this can be a charming place to escape traffic and other frustrations of the city. Easy to walk for a few kilometers through the eucalyptus trees.

This is a good thing to go and see the original style of Church built in Ethiopia. If you are already visiting Entoto, this is interesting to visit. It is good for the kids to run around the area and take in the views

On a one day visit, I would definitely include this site on your itinerary. It does not take very long to get there, and the site itself only takes a short time to see everything, but with a good guide you can get a nice... More
