I joined the Classic Namibia 12 day tour of 8 people exploring the finest that Namibia has to offer. We explored Waterberg, Etosha NP, Damaraland, Swakopmund and Sossusvlei in the Namib desert. The accommodation included hotels, chalets and camping in what were very luxury tents. Food and accommodation were excellent but the highlight of the tour was of course the... More

My family of 5 (Dad, Sons 24 and 21, Daughter 16, myself) just returned from the holiday of a lifetime. Our Karibu Safari was well organised and our terrific itinerary took us to the most amazing and picturesque places in Namibia. We visited Sossusvlei, Swakopmund, Brandberg, Twyfelfontein, Etosha (5 nights - recommended if you are in Namibia to see wildlife,... More

We have just spent 12 days with Karibu in a group of 8 on their Classic Namibia experience which goes to Etosha, Damaraland, Swakopmund and the Namib Desert. Top marks to Karibu: comfortable jeep to support the long distances, very smooth and professional organization, hotels were fine, camping facilities top class and a brilliant guide in the form of Mr... We recently came back from our Namibian holidays, two weeks of which were spent in the Itenga Wildlife Safari. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I wanted to to a camping safari in southern Africa, I've been dreaming of it since a past trip to South Africa, but I didn't want the hassle to put up and down the tents... More

Just returned from a Taylor-Made trip based more or less on Karibu's Itenga Wildlife Safari. The booking through Cintia in the office was super-efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Our driver/guide was Josia, ably assisted by Justice, who was also our chef. They were very easy travel companions and very knowledgeable about their country. Again, nothing was too much... More

I recently completed a 10 day trip through Namibia with Karibu Safari's. Our driver/guide was a native of Namibia therefore knew pretty much all there was to know about his country, all of which he was willing and able to share with us. The safari car was clean and comfortable, with a small fridge for refreshments and air conditioning to... More

We booked through African Pride and found ourselves on Karibu Safari's " The Namibia Classic Tour." It was really great although we would have liked one additional day at Etosha. Our Karibu guide and driver Laurence was outstanding. Knowledgeable, polite, interested and with a sense of fun that enhanced our 8 person safari. It's an arduous trip but Laurence made... More

We booked via Wild About Africa; the local operator was Karibu. We spent 15 days in Namibia, Botswana, ending in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. We camped 11 of the days, with nights in hotels in Windhoek, Swakopmund and Victoria Falls. The tents, cots, sleeping bags were all provided. Everything in great shape (but they could replace the pillows!) The camp sites... More
