This is a simple and pleasant small church occupying a commanding raised position in the centre of a traffic roundabout between the city and the parliament buildings. It has parking outside, and it is important to ensure that your car is left securely locked with...More

Very quiet, watch out for the parking dudes and nut sellers. The chucrch was closed on New Years day, so we didn't got the opportunity to get inside. So we took some pictures and left.

This church is seen as a landmark in Windhoek and the grounds are neatly kept. Unfortunately you cannot go inside as it is still being used. However it does give photo opportunities

Great to see such history being maintained and looked after in the heart of Windhoek. Try and get some photos from the museum across the road!

Church visits are always serene. This Lutheran church is a must visit for Christians and non-Christians. The stenciled glass is exquisite. The location on the hill is attractive. Plenty parking space.

We never went inside the Church, but just the outside were sooo incredibly beautiful. It could become quite busy.

You use the roundabout probably several times when driving around Windhoek. An entrance to the centre makes parking easy. The church is a typical example of sandstone construction from the colonial period.

There also a restaurant on the top floor of the museum, just opposite the church. The view from the restaurant is great.
