This is very much a local museum with a mix of old exhibits and some more modern ones. If you take the time to read what is here you might pick up some useful history. Probably don't need more than an hour unless you love...More

A bit of history done very modestly in window boxes. Good for an hour and a closer look at Uganda. Had an interesti g exhibit on milk but most of it was about Switzerland. Not sure why?

This is one venue were events are held through out the year, but hosts Uganda's History, please endeavour to visit it and learn ..entrance is 10,000/-ushs

If you want to get a brief history of Uganda in a couple of hours, Uganda Museum is the place to go.

NOT Well displayed NOT well explained poor lighting exhibits not kept clean, in shabby condition Entrance charge is quite hefty , and so it should be better maintained

Worth going to if you have some time. The staff is nice and the exhibits are pretty interesting. If you pair a visit to here with going to the Ndere cultural center show it is even more interesting.
