I spent a couple of nights in Chaminuka on business. What a beautiful place. The rooms are very basic but clean and have everything you need. Staff are wonderful - will help with anything. Ate supper in the restaurant each night - very good. The lodge is dotted with small reading areas with huge arm chairs and "resting" spots. Amazing... More

An awesome location to do business whilst away from the buzz of city life. I like the serenity. And to imagine having a game drive... that just completes the equation. The downside is the limited and unreliable internet connection. Am sure something can be done.

We went on a team building trip and even though they never gave us a board room as per our request, management compensated us very well. We were happy with the service. Keep it up.

Just a 25km drive outside of Lusaka you'll find this Game Reserve, the highlight being the 2 cheetahs in the conservancy. You can actually go on walks with them, pat them and learn about them through the knowledgable rangers. Also, on display are the rare karakuls and spotted hyena. It is a bit like a zoo which is sad but... More

Grade the road! Ok food. Not amazing. Terrible road. Not worth the vehicle damage ..... Good to see a tame elephant. Pretty setting.. friendly service. Tell the when you call that your booking would involve many more people if the road was good. Grade the road! . . . . . . .

I went in October 2016 and really enjoyed the game drive, boat ride, and game walk. If you have already been to national parks here in Africa, you will probably not be impressed (for example, they have ONE elephant), but it was a very nice experience, and the lunch is FANTASTIC. They also have a lovely pool. I would recommend... More

Walk with the cheetahs was outstanding! Very well managed. We had 10 people in our group. We drove out to an enclosed area with the guides and they allowed us to touch the animals and take photos. The cheetahs are so elegant and regal.

Love this place. So calming, and great staff. The lunch is really good. Went for the game drive, boat trip and fishing. My family also did the cheetah walk. I just feel sorry for that one lonely elephant in the park. He didn’t look too happy. But you should definitely pay Chaminuka a visit.

We just had a 1/2 day to do something near Lusaka and we booked to go on a jeep ride through the preserve. The road to get there was pretty rutted and the driver had a hard time to find the lodge so it took about an hour to get there. Once there, we had missed our appointment so we... More
