Overview
More
The Garden of Dreams, a neo classical historical garden, is situated in the midst of Kathmandu city, Nepal. The Garden's design has much in common with formal European gardens: paved perimeter paths, punctuated by pavilions, trellises, and various planting areas, surrounded by a sunken flower garden with a large pond at its center. It is an architectural landscape that encourages the visitor to stroll around and discover the Garden's treasures from many different vantage points.

Worth a visit for only 200 rupees. Beautiful quiet calm place away from the noise and dust. The Kaiser cafe served lovely cakes and Apple pie with good tea and coffee with a view of the garden below.

Definitely worth a visit. The garden is not that large but offers enough of sitting space and shade. Take a book or just relax. The garden has also a cafe. Entry fee is 200 rupees.

It is more expensive than cafes on the streets, that is definitely. But if money is not issue and you want to escape the dust and sounds from the streets, than it is a good place to do so.
