I do not exaggerate. Years and the way of living had left traces on my body. Too much sitting, lack of exercise or (at least) long walks were main reasons why my once sports body became ruined by negligence. My therapist was Laxmi - small, charming and shy person who did a real miracle. When I was asked what kind... More

I've reviewed resorts and their spa amenities across the globe for years and I was taken aback to find my no.1 pick in a small lane in Thamel district Kathmandu, Nepal. I have no words except - 'treat yourself to the best massage in the world'.

Compare to the food an hotel, massage therapy in Kathmandu is not cheap, The massage quality in here is definitely worth to try. I have been receiving massage over 10 years. The massage in here is a high quality.

This was the best deep tissue massage I have ever had! And that's for a good price. Really friendly staff.

Simply amazing. The Swedish relaxation message is definitely worth the money. It might hurt a bit a first, but the rewards follows swiftly!

This massage was one of the best I've ever had. I came here without an appointment but they took me immediately anyway. A very tiny lady - Bhima took care of me and what a strength she had! Wow.. She knew exactly where to press and she did a really good job. Everything hurts now, but it's a good kind... More

I was just in for a 90 minute massage with Santosh. I myself am a massage therapist from Canada, so I can be tricky to please. He offered very deep pressure and accurate palpation to find all of my trigger points. All of the therapists at seeing hands receive extensive training in massage therapy (and even some chiropractic training) from... More

My husband and I came to Seeing Hands after doing a 2 week trek. My massage therapist was Santos & he was great at being attentive, focusing on the areas of need, & very professional. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. I will come back here when I come back to Kathmandu. My husband really loved his massage... More
