It is just a waterfall that you can see from behind the bars, it is not worth it, so if you are just passing the area go for a visit otherwise just stay around the lake.

I was told that the name originated from a little girl who fell into the gorge and was pulled away by the stream. The stream flows underground after passing through this area.

We visited this place on our way back from Peace Temple. Nothing fancy, just a simple waterfall. Only so called exciting part was current/flow of waterfall was good.

Nice break from temples and mountain views. Definitely worth a look during the monsoon. Water rages over the waterfall.

A visit to the falls doesn't take very long as there isn't much to see, but it is very reasonably priced. The falls are as amazing to hear as they are to see. The sheer quantity of water passing before your eyes is quite incredible....More

Devi's fall is covered in the local site seeing in Pokhra. It's in the city itself. I think it is worth visiting. Two sight seeing attractions at one place the Devi's fall and Mahadev cave.
