Jao Ho Street has become a secondary road and the business has also declined. Therefore, the government set up a night market in 1987. It is the second tourist night market in Taipei.

A must-go when you're going to Taiwan. A smaller version of Shilin night market, but you can find a wide array of food selection and quirky stuff. The xiao long bao sold somewhere in the middle is such a good find and is as authentic...More

One of my favourite night market to go in Taiwan. The crowd is quite bad if you head there during the weekend. Most of the food are in the center lane and clothes/ gift shop at the side of the building.

Others who fancy street food and various other food items of Taiwan should go there. Most of tue stalls sell food whope the others are cheap accessories, etc. i prefer the other old streets lined with shops like the ones close to Tamsui station

Taiwanese people love food. I went to Raohe Night Market looking for souvenir items. But did not find one. All I see was food stall everywhere.
