We want to offer spa-goers a professional, clean, and affordable experience. We emphasize the quality of our professional staff, our spa products, and our cleanliness. Supplies are ordered in smaller batches to ensure freshness when they are used, herbal balls are never re-used and fresh towels are changed for each guest. These are some of our commitments to provide you with the best services, at reasonable prices.

We have two branches conveniently located for public transportation. (Right next to BTS exit!) The first one is opposite to the Emporium Department Store and the other one is near Asoke Junction opposite to Terminal 21 Department Store.

This is a nice place to go after walking all day long, to relax in a full body or foot massage. Nice and calm place, clean, everybody toooo nice. After the massage we get a cozy warm tea. Thai massage is wonderful, but keep n mind it is not mild. Results are great. We went there twice. Go!

Thai massage isn’t for everyone, especially when it’s done traditionally (read: aggressively). You’re not there to be pampered. You’re there to be worked on. And walked on. Smack dab a stone’s throw from the Asok BTS station, this urban oasis offers a full menu of spa services from massages and body scrubs to body mask and waxing. Sadly, their traditional... More

Re-visited this place after 18 month and just a perfect massage as always. Expensive side but a must to relax. Enjoy the sweet tea after the massage.

I've had many massages for many years in my life and just walked out of the Urban Retreat Spa near the Sheraton on Sukhumvit Rd. Bangkok and literally had the best massage I've ever experienced. The masseuse's name is Noi 48. Not sure what the designation 48 is but her name is Noi. She has been a Thai masseuse for... More

Disappointed with my Thai Massage. Conveniently located to my hotel - CityPoint Hotel. Unfortunately the Massage wasn't up to par.

I come here often for my Oil Massage when I am in bangkok. The receptionist, Khun Pook is very attentive and knowledgable. her english is very good so there is no communication issues. I usually go for Oil Massage. I really think the Oils they use here are of a better quality than those of the same standard of Spa.... More

Some places uses cheap oil that make you feel greasy after massage, not urban Retreat. I managed a little cafe break and a gym workout after the massage. Very very relaxing....

We did a 120minutes (60 min foot massage/60 min Thai body massage) for 1000baht. Very relaxed and make sure you communicate with your massager to adjust for a perfect strength. Also, make appointment before you go to guarantee a spot, this place is busy. A cup of hot tea is always good after a treatment! Don't forget to tip your... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
Sukhumvit
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
