We tried a number of different Thai massage establishments while touring Thailand (Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Ao Nang). I found that my masseuse was more in tune with the line between pain and an acceptable level of hard pressure. She could tell which areas needed more attention without my telling her. I had suffered a couple of muscle pulls about 2... More

If you are staying at Lebua Hotel, this was my favourite nearby place to go for traditional Thai massage! :)

Went here with my girlfriend to relax and unwind after two days of non-stop walking in the streets of Bangkok. We took the Foot Reflexology & Traditional Thai massage package (for the amazing price of just 580 Baht). It was amazing! We felt totally relaxed and ready for more traveling afterwards. It's about a 3-4 minute walk from the Robinsons'... More

We had a foot and leg massage today. 300 bht. Excellent value and really good massage. Would recommend, easy to find but it is on a busy street.

I would have rated this place “excellent,” if I hadn’t gone back a second time. The first time I visited, the Suanploo was fantastic! An older gentleman did a Traditional Thai Massage and he was amazing; knew exactly how much pressure to apply and how much to pull and stretch to make you feel relaxed, but yet muscles worked through.... Today I got the 90 minute massage and it was probably the best I've had in Asia on this trip. The staff at the front desk were welcoming, they saw me at short notice and the room was very clean and calming. My masseuse was great and very experienced and I felt feeling super relaxed. Ill definitely go again.

Staying nearby due to visa application, I passed this place looking for a nice massage. It seemed nice and, opposed to others with everyone on their phone or dragging one to come inside, welcoming and friendly/not too pushy! I decided to go for 40min head-Shoulder-back massage and definitely underestimated the power of a tiny Thai, when thinking 40min is actually... More

I decided I wanted to go get a massage nearby and this was 1 stop away on the BTS sky train from where I'm staying. Plenty of food vendors as well as other street vendors nearby. Place is air conditioned which is heavenly in the humid heat of April in Bangkok and I was fine waiting 15 mins in the... More

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
