I went based on a friend's recommendation and the glowing reviews here. Based on those expectations, I was disappointed. Generally speaking, the performers tried their best but lacked some polish. The costumes were great and we had some fun, but the show overall was much more of a musical/dance/magic/cultural review with lots of young male performers. If you're looking for... More

A show you must not miss out when in Bangkok. Relatively new in the Bangkok nightlife, this show is well thought of and extravagant as it should be. Not very close to the city centre but the performance and fun atmosphere will make it worth while. Loved every minute of it!

We went to The Playhouse at Songkran Festival. Everything is fabulous, sets, dancers, singer. At first, I thought here will be same as other cabaret but The Playhouse prove me wrong. Live singing, broadway show, everything is "Outstanding".

Located in Bazaar Hotel in Ladprao Rachadaphisek not many taxis want to get there by meter which costs 100 Baht but should not costs more than 200Baht if taxis want to negotiate fare for their return to the city. It was a weeknight and they being less than one year old, there were only 4 of us in the audience... More

I guess i went during off peak and so we got the whole place to ourselves. The show was funny and we had a little scare during the Michael Jackson performance. All in all, it was worth it. I booked my tickets through Klook.com. It's cheaper and you get a discount if you download the app. Cheers. Catherine

I went to the early evening performance on Saturday and really enjoyed the whole production. Great sets, fantastic costumes, skillful dancing and, as well as the lip syncing, was some live singing. A wide variety of styles ranging from ballet to Michael Jackson's Thriller. There were scenes from current West End Musicals reproduced as well as a number of slick... More

great cabaret experience with a lot of effort put into the choreography and costumes. a little far out of the centre but worth the trip. many talented dancers and performers, probably about 50, all happy to do a group photo with you at the end.

Brought my mom here for something cultural yet not too crazy and it was perfect. The show was great, the performers were personable, interacting with the audience often. I loved the Disney references. The show has a little bit for everyone. Totally safe to bring kids, parents, etc. Fun for all ages. No idea why this place isn't more popular.... More

My wife and I are on our honeymoon and wanted to see a ladyboy show here in Thailand and this show was amazing and couldn't believe the colours costume changes and quality of the show was so good. 5 stars if you have a chance to come to see it you should!

Staying in Chatuchak

Neighbourhood Profile
Every weekend, thousands of tourists make their way up to this Northern Bangkok suburb to get lost in an enormous maze of shops at the Chatuchak Weekend Market. Home to almost 10,000 vendors, you’ll find everything from vintage sneakers to comic books and Thai handicrafts being sold here. You name it, Chatuchack probably sells it. The market is a great place to pick up souvenirs, but be sure to bargain for a good price. After a day of shopping and strolling around, the lush green lanes of Chatuchak Park are a welcome relief.
