One if the best hidden gems in Bangkok - off of Khoasan Road. Ordered the springs rolls and they were to die for! Great service and atmosphere! Highly recommended :)

My friend is vegan so we signed up for this course. I didn't expect much having previously done cooking courses in Indonesia (Heinz van Holzeren's and also Janet deNeefe) not to mention classes in Vietnam and Malaysia. However this was a pleasant afternoon couple of hours. All the ingredients were pre-cut so we just twirled and swirled in our woks... More

This was a highlight of my time in Bangkok. My 3 friends and I were the only ones in the class, so it was very cozy and personal, just the 4 of us and the instructor. I don't recall how many dishes we made, but included sauces, appetizers, entrees and dessert. We ended up taking food home with us, it... More

We went here for the 2hour cooking class and were not disapointed. We made 4 dishes: tom yum, massaman, pad thai and mango sticky rice. As well as learning how to make the tom yum paste and peanut sauce from scratch. Really enthusiastic teacher and all really tasty dishes for a very good price. Would definitely recommend

I've done the fruit carving course which was approx a day or so. I was the only student for that day, but that was to my advantage since there was lots of time and attention all for me :) there was a cooking class going on in the same room so spirits were high anyway. Bibi the teacher was lovely... More

We loved the cookery course in Bangkok as it showed how to make our favourite Thai food which we can now try again at home. The place is well set up and ready for you to get cooking quickly with friendly staff explaining the Thai way. Plus you get to eat it all as you go and leave rather full!

For any traveler visiting Thailand, a cooking school is a MUST! My fiance and I are vegetarian and discovered May Kaidee's cooking school in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. We both love cooking international cuisine and what better way to bring home Thai culture than with a cooking course. We debated a single day but after seeing the itinerary and menu... More

If you can accommodate the above changes, we would be grateful. We will like the class to be conducted for my husband and I ( two people ). If you get other people to sign up for it, we are ok with the group class too, if the above changes are made to the menu.

Also, we would like to take the cooking class in Chiang Mai. We will be in Chiang Mai from 12 - 18th November. Once, you inform us the availability of the dates and confirm the price for two people , we will make the payment.

Thanks & Regards

Staying in Banglamphu

Neighbourhood Profile
Banglamphu
While you’ll see skyscrapers in most parts of Bangkok, it’s the gilded roofs of ancient pagodas that adorn the skyline of Banglamphu, the city’s historical and most touristic district. Hordes of tourists flock to this area to tick quite a few must-see attractions off their to-do list, with the Grand Palace being the most spectacular of them all. Banglamphu is also home to Bangkok’s infamous tourist ghetto, centered around Khao San Road. Visit at night to feast on road-side pad thai, cheap beers and if you’re up for it, some dancing fueled by buckets of Thai whiskey.
