The night safari was nice, nothing out of the ordinary, but the kids had fun. Worth visiting. Wasnt so thrilled with the animal show, we saw a lion totally frightened of his trainer which makes you wonder what happens behind the scenes, but that happens...More

Don't do the chaing mai night safari. It's just a like a zoo. Not good for the animals. The worst thing i've done in thailand. You're welcome

We had 4 young children who loved the Giraffe feeding during Tram ride and Tiger show. The folk dance was amazing. The animals were well feed. We missed the shower show as it was closed. We got easily the taxi during the return to town...More

It is great to visit Chiang Mai Night Safari. It is better to visit the Safari since afternoon until the night, then you will not any impressive show. While the service for food is not so convenient.

The ride itself was okay but a bit too much crowded for us. Children would maybe enjoy this experience but I can think of much better things to spend this money on

It has improved in recent years. I went many years ago and was very disappointed. This time I thought the overall show was well planned and executed. It's a very 'tourist' thing, but is great for a family to see quite a lot relatively easily....More

Chiang Mai Night Safari was better than I expected. You're able to see the animals up close and hear the history behind them. Great for friends, kids, families, and couples.

I'm wondering how those who experienced the Night Safari felt after their experience and knowing the program to be conceived and run by what appears to be an environmental group which receives the revenue? It makes an analogy like Ralph Nader driving a diesel crew cab 4x4, never changing oil and filter.

I agree, not environmentally great. I heard that it is great, though, compared to the Zoo, which we didn't go to. We thought it was pretty much a huge hype with lots of neon.
