The market is super nice and endless, no matter where you go there just seems to be no end. But be prepared that it's full of people some of them not caring who is in their way.

It's like a weekend garage sale on steroids, with basically every 50 meters vendors are selling the same items as their peers. Definitely gets crowded for a street sale. I nor my friends purchased anything as we all had previously seen most of the items...More

Pros--selection here was different than the night bazaar- more local made things like purses, handicraft, etc. Lots of food options, loooong street with several stalls. Cons- very crowded which made it difficult to see things or even move around. traffic in and around is nuts!...More

Get there early! So much fun. Each market is so different. We had such a blast trying different foods and negotiating prices with vendors. We stayed in Old city and walked to both different night markets.

Such a crowded market. Hard to walk down the street to look at stalls. It seems the market goes on and on. Quite overwhelming. We preferred the night bazaar.

If you haven't seen a busy Asian night market then the Saturday night market at Wualai Street might be for you! Personally I found it just a bit too crowded and the products on sale are much the same as at any of the other...More

We stayed recently at Bed Nimman in Nimman district, a short tuk tuk or cab ride away (about 100 baht) from the Wua Lei Night Markets. I would highly recommend the Nimman area as it has great food, coffee shops, hotels and... More
