We have been here twice recently. On both occasions we had something to eat first and then went to the cinema(1) and ten pin bowling(2). There are many restaurants to choose from in this very clean shopping mall. The cinema is exceptional with fantastic individual seats - the stereo sound is very good. The ten pin bowling is a treat... More

It is perfect for a stop and cool down and shop at the same time. I do enjoy, not so many people and sales everything is on sale it seems.

This mall is not so big like central or royal plaza. Lots of brand outlets are here. You can get good discount here. Food court is also available .

Revisit this outlet to shop for some clothings. Lots of sales going on, lots of eateries around and kind of surrounded by pubs n bars. This outlet is unlike those premium outlets that we often see in other countries where they carry loads of branding. Personally, this Mall carries more sports apparel than other things.

This is not a large shopping mall by any means and much smaller than Central Festival or Royal Garden Plaza. It is also open roofed so not air conditioned. It has a lot of clothes and shoe outlet shops pulse plenty of places to eat and drink including a Starbucks and McDonald's and an all you can eat buffet. On... More

The best thing about the Avenue is the Cinema a lot quieter and cheaper than the one in Central Festival. The shopping centre below has never really taken off, never enough shops open to attract other shops even the outlet shops are leaving.

Another average mall in pattaya...watsons...boots...few spas and salons... Main highlight.... Playboy stall near fountain Turkish resturant Nice place to get clicked...selfie.... A store selling items only for 10 baht....hair clips...pouches...plastic items...etc..... Many kiosks with cheap stuff in and out of the mall... Time pass...not a must visit....

Went to Starbucks at the mall waiting for my wife to get a new passport. The place was very clean and the staff were pleasant even though I speak only English. My drink was prepared quickly and the seating was very comfortable as I waited for my wife to return.
