A really beautiful beach, but a little desolate. We got rained out when we went. Didn't really like how pushy some of the vendors were - they would literally stand over us waiting for us to buy something while we were laying on the beach.

Part of ourfamily had visited in March and found the beach infested with hawkers, so it was a pleasant surprise to find very few hawkers disturbing us, barring the welcome coconut sellers and some massage areas. The beach is very clean and ideal for swimming or just enjoying the waves

I stopped in Patong before getting here and I thought it was a mistake to come to Phuket, then I got to Surin and phew I was wrong! The beach is nice and you can rent an umbrella and a Thai style tatami for 150 bhat a day. I got a full day of strong sun and I was happy... More

Surin is such a beautiful beach! Crystal clear water, big waves, attentive locals selling delicious food and drinks that are very cheap, beach beds and umbrellas to hire ( we paid 300 bht for 5 people). Totally worth a visit!

Really nice beach, parking available for free, not too many people (November ). There are quite high waves and access to see is getting dřep soon.

Came across this beach on a mornings walk and found a few food sellers but the waves were good for surfing well worth a visit

Once there were nice restaurants and lounge bars along the beach, but now all is gone. As a place to chill and relax it is not appealing anymore. The beach has become quite dirty, because no one has apparently any economic reason to keep the beach tidy and clean. What a shame!

Its more of a local beach, nothing fancy, nice waves, nice sand, clean, a life guard station in the center with areas on either end of the beach that have nice scenery for a good picture.

One of the most beautiful beaches I have ever visited. Not too crowded. Beautiful sand and wonderful waves. The weather in November was just perfect. I will be back to this beach very soon
