We were back nov-dec 2016 for the third-four time. This is a beach with very good character. Very quiet, you have to walk maybe 3-400m. And pay a 100THB fee since beginning of 2016. It is worth it. A bit of garbage behind the restaurants, but the beach is very clean. Not so long - maybe 4-500m, the colour of... More

I was most disappointed with this beach. It would have been beautiful before greed took over. Smelly, rotten litter between rocks, nasty second rate shanties, that pass as restaurants and massage parlours. Crowded, expensive, poorly maintained steep access. The very worst was the poor monkey tied on a rope putting up with taunts from mindless tourists. One "toilet" which was disgusting and... More

We were curious to explore the different beaches around Phuket and we heard we could snorkelling at this beach. Since recently in 2016, there is a 100THB fee per person. The beach is small with a few bars on the beach with shisha possibilities. There are water sports available: jet ski, beach paragliding. But since the beach is small, you... More

We spent a full day on Laem Sing Beach, the kids loved snorkelling, lots of different fishes, clear water, not very quiet, but busy just enough... We love this beach and come often and have never been disappointed... Very recommended and if not kids, that is more on the romantic side even...

We had a lovely Saturday at this beach, being taken there by family members who live in Phuket. Aod's Bar (pronounced "Ott's" bar) in the southern corner served us cold beers, wonderful Margaritas and the most delicious freshly cooked Thai food for lunch. The adjacent massage area provided wonderfully relaxing low-priced Thai massages under the trees on the beach which... More

Having read so much about this beach we decided to spend the day there. Needless to say, our day turned into about forty minutes. As mentioned in many reviews, it costs 100 Baht per person to access the beach and one has to climb down steep, poorly maintained stairs to get to the beach, only to be greeted by a... More

Nestled between 2 hills, this beach adds a lovely and unique experience to Phuket. Sort of a private beach with bathing and snorkeling points. Note, this is a paid beach

100 bahts entrance with steep descend but somehow these 2 things make this beach more exclusive and less people. Our most favorite beach in phuket.

Sadly, Bangkok Media & Telecommunications has put up tolls booths to extort TBT100 to cross its land and gain access to a public beach. Just as sadly, none of that money is employed to improve BMT's access to the beach, which are broken, slippery stairs with rotting handrails. Disgraceful - My wife slipped on the way down. It's dangerous. Even... More

From the lookout it is a beach you feel you want to visit. Once you walked down there it is a bit less inviting but still seems like a cosy romantic place. The water was not too clean on our day and the beach has rocks and gravel also in most parts where you enter the water. Kind people though... More
