Rushed activity, Animals pushed around as are guests

I organised this activity with this supplier because Siam Safari shut down on 30 December and I wanted to take my daughter to see elephants. She loves animals. The tuk tuk picked... read more

I just got done at island safari and feel disgusted! First off we road in the back of a truck.(my wife gets car sick very easily). Our guide to the different actives was named Bong, he was very nice but rushed us from one active to another. Every other active they were looking for tips, even when we went on... More

Went to the James Bond tour only because we wanted to see Pan Yee Village, we made that clear while booking. The next day on the bus they announce that we would have not stop there even tough was written in the brochure. After half of hour of arguing we manage to have the trip to at least stop there... The driver who picked us up was a good guy although he never spoke much english but was kind and friendly. The rest of the tour is disgraceful and really poorly maintained. Most of the Staff were very rude and made no effort to be friendly or welcoming (except the mahout, hard working cheery fellow) and just rush you about... More

Yours are rushed. Animals are treated very poorly. monkeys are in steel shackles and look terrified of their handlers. Was during the monkey show I decided I wanted to leave the tour early. And the tour guide told me I could not take my ride home until the other guest he had picked up were finished. Which is totally fair.... More

I organised this activity with this supplier because Siam Safari shut down on 30 December and I wanted to take my daughter to see elephants. She loves animals. The tuk tuk picked us up from our hotel about 9.30am and collected other guests on the way. To be honest I'd expected an airconditioned mini van might pick us up given... More

Our experience: we took the elephant ride, saw the elephant show, a thai food cooking demonstration, took pics of the kids on a buffalo, and witnessed muay thai fighting. The cooking demo and muay thai seemed to be oddball fillers as part of our package tour. The elephant ride was only for a little while and kinda lame. We all... More

Overall the experience was very average. The pick up vehicle was an open pick-up and they put two rows of seats on the back. No seat belt, no cover. We were shocked. And it ran at 100KM/hour or faster on highway. Absolutely ridiculous and no consideration on customers' safety. We watched a few animal shows before getting on elephant back.... More

There are alot bad reviews about this tour, and I can partly understand considering how the monkeys seem to be treated. However, the tour itself isnt as bad as what its made out to be, so here are the details. Me and my partner paid 1500 baht each for the Island safari tour group G, which includes: Elephant trekking, elphant... More
