It is a typical Vietnamese night market. Lots of stalls, in fact, very small stalls and very brisk and busy. I love sitting down by the roadside sipping a cup of Vietnamese Coffee, looking at the activities of all the people passing by the market. It's really of good fun! This is also a place where you can try out... More

Bustling night market that only opens on weekend nights from 7pm till late. Pretty similar to the night markets (Pasar Malam) in Singapore, most vendors selling similar range of items (shoes, electronics, lacquerware, clothes). The street was closed off to vehicles, hence pedestrians are able to walk around freely without having to look out for motorbikes. Overall, a pretty average... More

Lots of stalls with tons of merchandise. Plenty of fake foreign stuffs, but also some local made products. Street food & drinks all around. A great place to get some bargain souvenirs.

Many stalls selling clothes, tshirts, shoes and plenty of food stalls too. Just remember to bargain before buying. It is also very crowded during the weekends and some roads are closed.

A very good night market but you easily can get lost. There is a lot of variety in food, drinks, clothes, souvenirs, etc. Everything you look for can be found on this market. It can be very chaotic and it's always busy. The atmosphere is good and the streets always looks nicely decorated. Market is on Friday evening, Saturday evening... More

The night market is on friday, saturday and sunday nights and offers a lot of stalls that primarily sell to the locals but also has items that tourists are interested in as well. There are a lot of stalls with clothes, shoes, makeup, jewellry and a mxture of other items. There were more locals making purchases than tourists and I... More

After traveling in Thailand and Laos and experiencing the night markets in both of those countries, I was hoping this night market in Vietnam would be different, in a good/better way. Unfortunately I felt that the night market in Vietnam was actually the least I would ever want to visit again. The products are not locally handmade as they may... More

It was quite late at night when we wandered through the market, but it was still busy. There was something for everyone, but you really had to barter, their start prices were really high in some cases, so don't get carried away! Most prices quoted in US$, do your calculations if you want to pay VND - I had a... More

I've been working for a hotel in the Old Quarter for 2 years right in the Old quarter. To be fair how can I say, they sell all the same stuff, super busy and overpriced. You have to be an bargaining expert to get the good deal. Be careful with pick pocket too
