We stayed here during our stay in Hanoi. This is crazy city with busy traffic but very characteristic with many things to do. Also convenient spot where you can find places for shoping, eating and drinking easily.

Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help in any way they could. Suggestions for food places and sites to visit were excellent. I suggest the street food tour that they can arrange for you.

There's loads of places for a beer. There's a couple of places right on the lakeside and plenty of places overlooking the lake. Lots of cafes/bars/ restaurants around the streets.
