Best Agency Travel ever!! Lot of fun

We did the Sapa Trekking Tour 3 Days with Lily's Agency and they were absolutely AMAZING!!!! The tour was fantastic: the guide, the organization, attention... everything!! We had a lot of fun and it was one of our best memories of our time in Vietnam. We had also a big problem with a forgotten passport and they helped us all the time. Special mention to Mina, Ms Elena and Doris, sooo kind and helpfull. They are the best 100%!!

I chose Lily’s travel based on online search and i am very happy with them. As soon as i contacted them via whatsapp. They made a whatsapp group with at least two sales person. Aaron and Lucy. They asked for my requirement and budget. They answered all of my questions, explained everything in details about itinerary. i had booked food tour, Hanoi city tour, ninh binh and Halong bay daily trips. everyone of it went smoothly. Will contact them again if i plan to visit Vietnam again and going to recommend it to my friends also.

Reliable and helpful travel agency

We finally made it to Vietnam. We booked the return luxury sleeper coach and 2D1N trekking with homestay trip at USD160 for 2pax with Lily’s Travel. It included 2B2L1D. Drinks not included except for happy water, ie rice wine, at homestay. Once the package was paid, a group chat was set up where another team provided all the necessary info to prep for the trip. They were very caring and took great care of us. Mina messaged us when we were at our homestay to ensure everything was fine, etc. When we were at Hanoi, we were lost and didn’t speak Vietnamese. Mina requested to speak with the driver and she helped to explain to the driver. Going beyond her call of duty.

We rarely engage travel agency as we prefer free and easy travels. Lily’s Travel Agency is like an online travel booking with concierge at no additional cost.

I highly recommend Lily’s travel. Carefree way to travel in Vietnam. Great value for money. We plan to be back every few years. No doubt that we will engage Lily’s travel again.

Lily's Travel Agency was INCREDIBLE!!! We booked a 3 day Sa Pa trek, 3 day Ha Long cruise, and a day trip to Ninh Binh with them. The team there (James and Mina) were exceptional - so friendly and attentive to our needs during the trip. I would highly recommend this agency.

Unforgettable trip to Vietnam with Lily’s travel

We chose Lily’s travel based on online research and we couldn’t be happier about it! Vani and Mina planned our personalized 16 day trip across Vietnam with a lot of care and attention. The trip was truly unforgettable thanks to these ladies!
Great customer support and professionalism- adapting to flights booked on wrong dates, answering our calls at 6 in the morning, helping us retrieve a forgotten phone, supporting us every day of the trip and regularly checking up on us, even gifting us little welcome package at their headquarters.
If you want a perfectly planned carefree trip to Vietnam - Lily’s travel is the best !

From first walking through the door of Lily’s, my dad and I were warm welcomed instantly by a very happy professional team! This is where we were introduced to the very happy-smiley hard working Dorris 😊 Dorris sat patiently with us to help create our tailored itinerary starting in the north of Vietnam, to the south. Listening and caring to the sort of experiences we’d like and also recommendations of things we wouldn’t normally think of. Our itinerary was laid out professionally and received in plenty of time to read through! Any query’s were always looked after wether in person or through a WhatsApp chat between the agency, Dorris, Lucy and ourselves that continuously offers support within reasonable window hours! We found this very supportive and comforting. We are proud to say we are having and had so far an amazing experience and created so many laughs/memories and met some great people. So we’d like to recommend Lily’s Travel and leave a worthy review to the team and especially Dorris. Thank you very much and anyone reading please check them out!!

Lily travel was the best agency to travel with very cooperative staff very warm and welcoming to their country....their 24×7 customer care was very prompt and extremely helpful.....would highly recommend travellers to book their tour through Lilly travel .

Truly an AMAZING experience!!!

I contacted this agency and started working with James. He was VERY attentive and did an AWESOME job at setting things up for my friend and me to trek in Sapa, cruise in Ha Long bay and seeing Ninh Binh. Every details was perfect. When we arrived in Hanoi, I met Mina and Iris who also made sure that my friend and I were taken care of. Everything they did was above and beyond. We ended up just popping into their office after each trip just to rave about how wonderful the experience was for us and how such a good job they did. Believe me, you should check out this agency if/when you plan on visiting Vietnam and give them time to gets things perfect.

Hi there , my son is 22years old , a South African citizen travelling on a South African passport .He is wanting to visit Vietnam in Dec during his Uni break . Planning to stay for app 28 days . In order for him to get a visa we need to book a tour with a local Vietnamese travel agent . They have to supply him with a letter for the embassy . We are more than happy to do this . Please advise on a good local travel agent to assist us . He is wanting to have a backpacking experience.

Hello we'l b at hanoi on 19th eve of Dec and on 22nd morning we are planning to move towards halong bay and stay a night in d boat itself and den to move to cat ba roam and den halt on our own instead comming back to halong else going back to Hanoi..so wanted to know weather we get such kind of packages

For the Sapa trek (1) can we leave large suitcases back in Hanoi and (2) do we trek with our day packs for the 1-night stay, or it gets ported to the homestay?

We left our main luggage in Hanoi in the hostel store cupboard, I believe most hostels have these. Once in Sapper our hosts took our main bag to the accomodation and we just carried what we needed for the day. Hope this helps.
