We learned so much from our museum guide about health secret of the old days. This is something to consider. We purchased herbal tea, very healthy.

Our visit began with a 15-minute video on Vietnamese traditional medicine, followed by a guided tour through the museum of traditional Vietnamese medicine, and concluded with a complimentary serving of some form of freshly prepared tea, made partially from a variety of mushroom. Although the...More

We did not know what to expect and were surprised at every turn. We were whisked (well, sloooowly whisked) up to the top floor, to be met by a charming and informative guide who took us floor by floor down through all manner of exhibits...More

We visited here as it sounded interesting. The actual building was amazing, so full of character, worth going just for that. We were whisked to the top floor in the lift, then worked our way down. There were only 5 of us in the group,...More

Maybe we expected something else but for the high price its nit worth it. You can call it the pots museum which will be more fitted. The movie did not give many information.

A fascinating history of traditional medicine in the region. Tour at your own pace, so you can take as little or as much time as you'd like. Lots of interesting artifacts.

This museum holds an interesting collection of artefacts with traditional medicine theme. I really enjoy the inside atmosphere. Everything are well kept and displayed in a logical order.

This museum is expensive (for Vietnam!) - 120k compared to the usual 30-40k we found at most museums. The building is beautiful though, especially the top floor with the small outside decking area. Everywhere you look there are small statues and details, it's very photogenic!...More

It's 3.3 km from Ben Thanh market so you can catch a taxi, the total price is $2. Last time, my local friend drove and took me there. You can use Google Map to navigate the shortest route by bus.

The free guided tour takes 30 minutes, although ours was a little longer to include some questions and answers, and photo taking. All in all we spent about an hour and a half here.
