Excellent museum recounting mostly the life of uncle Ho as he was nicknamed. Also the history of his efforts to liberate Vietnam from colonial powers and invasions, during the so many wars in indo China. Photos and artefacts with English explanations. Compare declarations from US,...More

I ran across this museum because I am taking a boat to Vung Tau and the port is right next to it. A lot of revolutionary artifacts and displays. Good amount of English signs and explanations. I didn't find it to be one-sided propaganda. This...More

Visited the museum but was rather taken aback by the noise of the kids visiting. Sad find that the Teachers or guides were not able to manage the young visitors. Otherwise a good place to learn about Ho Chin Minh and his contributions and sacrifices.

If you wanted to know more about the face of the man on portraits all over Vietnam, here's one place to do it. (Vietnam has many more places dedicated to showcasing his life -- but this one here is a former French Indochina customs house,...More

There are lots of photos of the man, his house, his things and quotes from him but there is little actual history of his life, what he did instead you have to grab pieces of information here and there. I did find 2 documents of...More
