We visited in August and it was very hot and humid, however it was worth every drop of sweat. Stunning, tranquil and interesting. One of our favourite days in Vietnam

Dragon boat along the river one side developed the other the traditional really not a lot to see. It is called the Perfume river as the lotus blossom is supposed to provide the fragrance, not in September.

I wouldn't bother unless riding around sunset when you're getting the beautiful colours in the sky and the bridge lights are on. Watch the boat driver. You pay then once you're on the water they bring out all there items and want you to buy.

The river divides the citybin 2 different parts: one bank is the Old Town and the other is the modern town. Highly recommend to take a Dragon boat trip to go along the river in the evening. You will have a chance to listen the...More

This river is a romantic river especially at the night time. It is colorful when boat going on it and left the lantern with candles. It is nice from the high view of our hotel!

This river crosses hue and is beautiful. You can opt to take a boat ride up the river or view it from various parts of town.

The river is in the middle of the city. It is a nice place for a stroll - named because of the flowers floating in it - we saw little evidence of them. You are able to take a dragon boat down the river but...More

Hop on a boat and float down the river here. Its very cool and shows off part of the city from a different perspective. It was part of an Intrepid Southbound Express tour so I dont know the price.

We made a boat trip from one attraction to another on the river. It is just another stretch of river in Vietnam and although arguably interesting in itself, it was nothing special. Be prepared for the hard sell on the boat trips if you are...More

A lovely river with very long bridges to walk across. Quite plain in the day but when the boats and surroundings are lit up at night the whole scene looks lovely (especially at sunset). Apparently the best time to go is in may when the...More

Hi there - I didn't do the cooking experience so I can't help you I'm afraid - I did notice on all tours and courses that costs vary wildly depending on whether you book it yourself or if you go through a hotel. Have fun! Ben
