My wife & I booked a private boat tour in the afternoon including sunset, and had a fabulous time on the river. As we wanted to have the boat to ourselves, I was in contact with Mr Sotharoth (General Manager) a few months prior to our trip by contacting them via their website. He provided a great level of information... More

No life jackets or safety instructions provided. Seemed expensive for what wa provided. Somewhat confusing as to whether dinner was provided or not. Tied up next to a riverbank squatters camp and then when it was apparent that no food would be provided, cruised back. I don't think it was money well spent

This is now called Le Tonle Cruises. We booked a river cruise with dinner at last minute on 9 April. Package included pick up and drop off at hotel via tuk tuk. Enjoyed several hours on river, including dinner and drinks at Mekong Bungalows (a floating restaurant). It was so relaxing having our meal, floating on the water, watching the... More

We arrived to the hot, humid, bustling city of Phnom Penh after a long flight from the US. We had purposely pkanned a river both to take advantage of the time we had and to help with jet lag. The cripuise was quite pleasant and we had dinner at the sunset bar at the Mekong Bungalows. The service was very... More

This was such a perfect way to end a long day of touring the city—and an incredible value. There are various boats to choose from for a sunset tour on the Mekong, but I wouldn't have wanted to be on any other boat. Le Tonlé is small and holds around 10-12 people, with everyone getting their own seat or a... More

This was a very last minute booking - they were very helpful and arranged a pick up for me at very short notice. Welcome drinks on arrival much appreciated. Lovely little cruise, very relaxing and a lovely guide who pointed out landmarks and made sure everyone was ok. Downside was that it was over too quickly!

We had a beautiful sunset cruise on the Mekong river in Phnom Penh. The service was great. The boat was not for large groups so we were free to interact with other couples enjoying the experience and a couple of drinks. The river was in good condition with minimal obvious pollution.

The price of this trip initially put us off plus I thought the "Silk Island" would be a big tacky tourist trap, however I was so very wrong. The trip is pricey, however as other reviewers have stated, the boat is lovely with character and the hostess was so very helpful and always smiling. She went out of her way... More

We went middle of the week so it was not crowded. We shared the boat with only 1 other group. Their boat is better than the other cruises. It was made of wood and gave the "native" feeling. Hurry to get the couch at the tail-end of the boat so you can lay or just put your feet up. The... More
