Great Class and teacher

I went to Toko's Knoff Yoga class, a style I had not tried before. It was a brilliant class and Toko's instructions and adjustments really clear and concise. Well worth a visit!

I was interested in attending the "Flying Fit Yoga" class on a Sunday from 9:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. with Alison. For that particular class, I had to book in advance via email. Oskar Nery was very professional in that he responded to all of my emails in a timely manner. Owing to a late flight and some delays, I... More

It is my privilege to learn from Alison and Oskar, 2 very seasoned, knowledgeable and kind yoga instructors. Being a yoga teacher myself, attending their class regularly, I still gain a lot of knowledge from them every time.

I had the opportunity to try "fly" yoga for the first time, along with my sister (advanced in practice of yoga) and 58 year old mother (no so much). We all really had a blast int he 90 min session with Allyson. In my emails before coming to Cambodia, Alison was a genuine help in offering tips on other attractions/activities... More

Yoga is now my new favorite past time, thanks to Yoga Phnom Penh! Alison and Oskar are excellent teachers, being super attentive towards everyone in the class, making you feel at ease and comfortable- I was super scared having never done yoga before, but Oskar and Alison made me feel at ease, and now I love it. Classes are small... More

I attended Wake Up Flow w/Alison today. Her teaching is professional with some insightful humor. The environment was perfect: simple and very clean in a quaint neighborhood. If you are a visitor to PP like myself, definitely take a TukTuk, as it would be confusing to find by foot. The website gives specifics, which you should write down for the... More

As a yoga teacher I've fancied trying aerial yoga for some time, so was happy that one of Alison's Yoga Fly classes was on when I had some free time. Walking there was "interesting" at peak traffic time win small alleyways and big cars, so I'd probably recommend getting a tuktuk to take you. The class was great. I had... More

I took a flow class with Alison today. I have not been too diligent in my regular practice for the last few weeks, and she tailored the class perfectly to my needs. While I like the Phnom Penh energy, this class was a lovely bread from the city rush. I really liked the foot exercise and plan to work with... More

I was looking to do a yoga retreat, but I couldn't find any in the week I had available so I decided to sign up to do 10 classes with Yoga Phnom Penh in 5 days. I'm so glad I did! I got to try fly yoga for the first time which was soo much fun with lots of hanging... More

I did a super fun yoga swing class whilst traveling in Phnom Penh - highly recommend. Great teacher and a more unusual activity to include whilst traveling. The teacher also gave us tips on places to eat afterwards- bonus!
