Worth a break in the day as it is very shady! A nice place to walk. It is clean. The temple is nice too. And if you are into monkeys, there are a few to be fed -- but be warned. Legend goes that a few years ago monkeys severely attacked a child here and the government had them removed/destroyed.

Phnom Penh got its name from this place. It has a temple on the top. Don't go in the middle of the day like we did. Wait till its cooler...

Learning about the naming of Phnom Penh and try age of this site was fascinating. Reasonable climb to the top of the hill to see the Wat and allowed to wander round.

With a cheap entrance fee of just 1USD it is ok to visit. Nothing spectacular but still nice and worth to stop by

On this place a noblewoman Penh found 4 Buddha statues and erected a small monastery. Later this pagoda was built on Phnom (hill on Khmer language), and from this PP derives its name and from here it started to spread. The pagoda is on the top, after a flight of stairs and it's very cute. People give offerings to Penh... More

The temple is in a hill which contributes to the atmosphere. There are some monks and people who pray. A real religious place.

There is nothing to see there. You pay 1 dollar to actually go a little stairs up and see another temple at the top. It's alright if you still Interested in it but for me I regret visiting this place

1 dollar entry per person. Beautiful grounds surrounding the temple, but it needs a good paint and clean up.
