Some statues and lots of glitter but nothing really amazing. Be sure to go to Angkor Wat if possible.

When visiting the palace and grounds you will also visit the silver pagoda. Most of the silver tiles are all covered up by carpet so you do not get the wow factor. Never the less, quite an impressive building to see and part of you...More

Lovely buildings and grounds - an amazing fresco - partly restored, very interesting. The displays weren't the best we've seen. We didn't have a guide, if you want some detail you should get one.

The whole royal pavilion is interesting, get a guide to take you around to understand the history. Great photos to be had! Be prepared to take off your shoes at every pagoda/pavilion! You must be modestly dressed! Cover your knees and shoulders both men and...More

It’s in the same compound with the Royal Palace so if you are visiting the Royal Palace, you should explore all the way to the Silver Pagoda. Taking a picture inside the Pagoda is prohibited and inside there are so many mesmerised statues!!

The Silver Pagoda, so called because of its silver covered floor. It is beautiful, as are all the areas within the Palace complex, just unfortunate that no photos are allowed.

Beautiful temple, the pagoda's paintings are quite different than the ones you usually find in the country which makes it quite interesting as well.

You can get in as part of Royal Palace. Be sure to be covered up, no short shorts or sleeveless shirts. They give you a map and you can follow the crowd. Once you get into courtyard area you are free to wander.
