During recent trip to Colombo, tried the Deep Tissue treatment at Ceylon Spa at Old Dutch hospital. Therapist was very knowledgeable. Overall I just wish they use better amenities & have a steam or sauna facility.

The deep tissue massage by Ayu, the Balinese masseuse was simply superb. In the 90 minutes she spent on me i was rejuvenated. The tea was excellent as well.

Ultimate foot had amazing head and shoulder as well. A bit expensive but fantastic. Only thing that spoils the Dutch fort venue is bar next to it plays loud music in the evening which spoils the ambiance
