You could run through in an hour but to enjoy it takes longer. There are collections on natural history, painting, geology and other topics. It is not sensational but there is plenty to see. Many information plaques have a line in English.

Very large and well laid out but no audio guides or even leaflets, but worth a visit. About 5€ fee. History from 50k years ago to the modern day.
