Take at least three hours to roam this amazing park. I visited when the tulips weren't blossoming and despite this, the park is absolutely magnificent and worth your time.

I was able to visit during the annual tulip festival in April. This park is amazing for its layout, tulip beds and facilities. A treasure of Istanbul, should not be missed, especially if you can visit during the tulip festival!

Yes it is open during all year, 07:00 to 22:30, free entrance.
In early april will there be any tulips at emigan park? I Plan to visit on 1st week of april. What is The best way go there from old city? Is using cruise/ferry to emirgan worth my time?

Yes, there should be. I hope they are still there when we visit in the 3rd week in April. There is also the Sakıp Sabancı museum nearby that is worth a visit but there is an entrance fee (free for over 60s) but remember that... More
