Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Dolmabace Palace, Topkapi Palace, Suleyman Mosque, The Egyptian Bazar and The Grand Bazar. All this are a must see.

The grand bazaar is wild so, you may want to make that your 3rd option. The whirling dervish is interesting.
