It looks nice from the outside. When there are no games, there is a store that is open and offers many good products.

I was in Istanbul for a few days and I went to see Galatasaray v Benfica. Its a large modern stadium and the fans created a great atmosphere. If you're a football fan, or you're just in town then put this on your itinerary. I absolutely loved it. The Stadium is easy reach using the Istanbul metro system. Take the... More

I love football from childhood and there is no better feeling to watch it live on the stadium. Trust me this stadium gives you the reel feel of football.

It is newest stadium in Istanbul. and I'd say best stadium of city. Definitely worth to go there. I'd prefer to use cab to go there, it was 30 TL which were 12-14 $, which was not that bad. There is also GSstore that you can shop and take more pictures. I don't think they have stadium tours, so you'd... More

Went there two years ago to see the legend Drogba live. It was a game against Mersin and the match was amazing. First 2:1 behind and at the end with 3:2 win. All 3 managers were banned during the game, red cars, there was everything to see. We had VIP all you can eat. About 120€ per person. I would... More

Whilst visiting Istanbul took the opportunity to take in a football (soccer) match between Galatasaray v Gaziantepspor. Purchased ticket from an online resale ticket agent on the day only to find that I had to register through passolig (TL25) to enable ticket to be uploaded to the passolig card. Appears to be for security reasons as they require identification details... More

Even if the stadium wasn`t full, the crowd at the Galatasaray-Arsenal game was amazing. There are two parts of the fans divided between opposite stands who sang and cheered even when the score was 0-3! The only negative thing related to the game was the transportation - it took nearly 2 hours to get there from Sultanahmet district...

Went there for Champions League Galatasaray vs Dortmund 22-10-2014. For normal days (no match), going there is as smooth as silk, they also have a great Galatasaray Store also. But when a match is held, oh boy, coming out from Sanaye Metro Station to take a bus to the stadium takes a really pushing activities. Once get to the stadium,... More
