We visited the Palace, and had the chance to eat from the restaurant daily buffet.. The views were great, the food was nice, and it has a great park full of tulips ..

High above the Bosporus at Kanlica, the Hidiv Kasri (the khedive's villa) was built as a summer home for the Egyptian khedive in the 19th century. It has some beautiful art-nouveau details, and the grounds are a wonderful place to drink tea on hot days.
