The only down side was the boat trip, it was very crowded, on the way in people were standing and sitting on the stairs, however when we got to the Island we forgot about it. very nice Island, no wonder why it's called the Princesses...More

Galatasaray island is the constructed island in the middle of boshphor and there are some restourants and night clubs. Galatasaray island is the only island which is owned by a football club.

The trip by ferry to the islands was pleasant but once on the island the was not much to see and do.

Especially at sunset this place was simply amazing! In the middle of the bosporus, a magnificent view of the illuminated bridge over a beautiful swimmingpool. Food was quite good as well!

As a local of Istanbul, i would recommend everyone to visit this island, especially at night. If its a summer night you fall in love with Bosphorus.

This island is in the middle of the Bosperus and is owned by the football club Galatasaray. If you go there in the evening you can enjoy the illuminated bridge and the ships passing by as well as good food.
