A bit like a Hyde park in london, Central park in NY. Beautiful, clean and safe. next door to Topkapi palace. A lot of greenery and views of the sea. Tuck shop is a bit expensive and play area is a bit small.

Gulhane is the outer garden of Topkapi Palace, after exiting the inner gate go to your right and go downhill to the park. If you exit through the main entrance you are going to miss it.

That's all probably a matter of taste but at that time of year and a few weeks before, there are beautiful flower displays everywhere, from the exit of the airport. Very pretty.
